Innovation Moon was founded by Suzanne Juzwik, MA, BCBA, LBA, to help ABA businesses and entrepreneurs overcome the common challenges of running and scaling a practice. With extensive experience in both clinical and operational aspects of ABA therapy, Suzanne saw a gap in the market for specialized consulting services that focus on sustainable growth without compromising on clinical excellence. Most of Suzanne's consultation work is with startups, BCBA entrepreneurs, and BCBA-owned businesses. However, she also does consultations for private equity and investors looking to learn more about the ABA industry or ABA-related technology. ​
Why We Are Called "Innovation Moon"

The name Innovation Moon holds deep personal significance. It is inspired by Sophie Moon, Suzanne’s daughter, who has profound autism. Sophie’s unique perspective and incredible resilience serve as a reminder the importance that the ABA therapy field has in the lives of children with autism.
